Alirio is of Colombian origin. He has been immersed in the world of coffee since his childhood, when he helped his parents grow coffee. Having come to Europe to pursue his engineering studies, he has never ceased to be interested in the art of coffee throughout his career. It was in 2020, with a roasting diploma in hand, that he took over the Cafés De Pauw store/roastery. Since then, he has worked hard every day to offer a variety of teas and coffees to delight every palate.
